He is not in the top 20 shareholders and the nominated areas of expertise relating to the cosmetic/health industries are underwhelming, to say the least.
He has none.
Never served on a board.
Would seem the appointment has been hastily processed to fulfill ASX requirements.
No disrespect to the individual concerned.
Where is the high-profile director with a proven track record in the associated industry?
It is a one-man band.
