Yeah. He's a children's book author and personal coach who previously had some limited experience in middle management and consultancy for middle-size businesses. His professional experience is underwhelming and his academic training is basically zero. I don't want to sound mean - he's probably a nice guy and he might be good at what he does - but his background doesn't really scream "ideal BoD candidate." His most recent book is called "cats don't like christmas!", for ages 3 to 7. He's the guy we got because we couldn't get anyone else.
