In short form, this is a good and productive step because:

(1) Murray is a hands-on geologist with long term practical knowledge of the Rahu site;
(2) Murray has worked with NTL for over 10 years;
(3) Murray discovered Rahu;
(4) NTL says Murray will be increasing the resource at Rahu (he knows where to drill);
(5) NTL refers to the HOA with Newcrest (soon to be JV I am sure, akin to the Laneway/Newcrest JV); and
(6) Companies usually appoint hands-on people to the board when they are about to begin something hands-on.
