Don't forget that he got a 300k cash bonus the year before and as a major shareholder he had an very big incentive to work to drive the Sp higher - a new MD and Chairman wont have that alignment and will want to be paid market rates and don't think 250k will do the trick . 350k at least imo. I doubt Todd will be paid less in his role as CEO than what he is earning now
