Entities associated with Gould control >30% (Both Anglo Australian Christian & charitable fund and Chemical Trustees)
CYC received a 1st strike in 2015 probly to displace Vanda Gould.
His ousting is a blessing.....May improved the tarnished image.......But a large chunk of the share capital is tied up with his associates......Hopefully they may go to cleaner less "Charitable" hands.
One good thing to say about Gould....He knows quality......CYC is a quality company.
