Bergen approached James Gong and made a private investment in Keytone before taking it public. A Facebook page was set up around that time but has barely been used. Both cashed in (james via his wife) by taking keytone on the asx.
it's just seems all fishy to me. You can see a trend with how Bergen makes their money by taking private companies to the asx with some of them almost going bust
