Still not clear what the disagreement is about, Hopefully ASIC will have a look. I became suspicious when Jitto recently became a Director given his track record, but it at least appears from the announcement he is part of the disgruntled group. Hope its just not smoke and mirrors If the Directors who resigned are genuine then I thought they may have wanted to argue their case publicly a bit. They should at least have good information to give to ASIC, and given their shareholdings they too would want a resolution. The whole thing smells. Never invest in a company with Chinese connections again.
