Hi Multi,
For the BoD to have retained Mr Zhao to see both SD and UG are achieved the BoD must be very close to securing a source to finance the projects.
I reckon the most likely source is a favourable loan with an offtake option
with Shagang.
(When we took over 100% control of SD part of that deal is an offtake option with Sojitz).
