I agree this is a transition to a full exit for Murphy. But I don't think it is great news if you were looking for a sale. When he was brought on they advertised his PE links and recent history as CEO of PE aacquisitions. Combined with the dropping of language of strategic review and Barrenjoey, one can only assume no further sales of assets is expected.
