Perhaps. Seems hard to square buying a chunky stake in a relatively illiquid small cap at 60c and then trying to sell it at ~$1. My read is that Haley's position on the board was to force a change before Shand and co ran the thing aground. With the big strategic decisions mostly bedded down, his presence on the board is no longer required.
