    So let me get this right - the directors want to preserve "cash" by issuing themselves stock at 2 cents a 52 week low instead of fees ?
    Investor confidence at 52 weeks low and the directors are thinking of ways to capitalise on the opportunity!

    They never thought about this while they were spending the $6.5 million in the last year or so when the SP was much higher ?

    This penny end of the ASX never ceases to amaze...
