How about taking the stock at 6 cents in lieu of their salary... Or even better - How about forfeiting their salary for 6 months.... If they are so excited - why not issue themselves more performance share for hitting some share price milestones or even drilling or results based milestones....
This can be played in so many ways to give shareholder the confidence but nopes - that's not whats happening.
