Reading between the lines, I am guessing that LCK put a tender in to take over IPLs arm in fertiliser. IPL rejected their off and whatever else was thrown on the table and chosen to retain there own holdings.
I can see this all changing now with the issuing of the PPL.... IPL are in a stronger position to haggle now then in a few years time when LCK will have the negotiating power. If IPL are smart, then they will re-engage in discussions.
CmonAussie.... I love reading your comments... based on the scenario that you presented below.. what SP value would LCK be on? (ie rough estimate)
