I am of the understanding that it is only when you have greater than 5% holding in the company. At last check i think china new energy were only ones in that category which leaves the remaining 19 of the t20 to change their holding without disclosure. We will find out what happened once the t20 is updated eventually. I’m guessing not for a while. I don’t think this reflects negatively with the company at all just with everything that has been going on with covid you would assume there is at least one or two holders that need to redirect funds elsewhere should the price recover and allow them to sell down some.
