The market sentiment is still skeptical not believing this project will come to fruition, the multiple pieces of this massive project are coming together, with the right products (Vanadium) at the right time (Energy storage solutions) and big players starting to surround the table.
A few announcements with locked in deals and EIS approval are going to ignite the share price , IMO.
There is still risk and I've got enough shares already, (though surely a few more can't hurt)
