however I believe that TNG is a lower risk explorer because:
It has a good funding and access to funding
It has a good management team
And has very good support of the NT government
Has extensive tenementts
has a continuos news stream to follow

1) It has a strategic investor in the form of ECE -which has a 50 year history of exploration and development of major mining projects in china ---they will not want their capital investment to be lost; so this co is unlikely to go bust, they are on the board and will not want themselves to be overdiluted -- so CR risks are reasonably protected (doesnt mean there wont be a CR but will not be done for mining shareholders as some junior coys do)

2) The main capital expenditure is the Mount Peake deposit--ECE have access to chinese funding and at an IRR of 31% debt funding will be quite feasible--there will be an equity structure as well I am sure: the project is nearing DFS

3) Unlike graphite or REE currently vanadium/titanium/high purity iron oxide is not hyped and all costings used for mount peake are based on current or near current prices

4) Most importantly it is situated in soverign risk free Australia
