Maybe the water draw down needs to be addressed and this means monitoring over a full wet and dry season, these water issues seem to be popping up for a few miners in central arid areas, IMHO I don't think this will be an issue but best to be done correctly the first time, can you imagine the opening ceremony and some famous person is asked to turn on the ceremonial tap and nothing comes out ha ha ha. Sorry folks best I can come up with. Major project status might help with these minor EIS issues
