Sounded like he's virtually said he's waiting on the decisions from other company's regarding outstanding issues... I'm guessing that means he's waiting on the other party regarding the Ti offtake. It's one of those situations like any negotiation you need patience, you can't seem too keen or desperate or the terms aren't gonna be favourable to shareholders. I have trust not only in PB but Phillipe seeing as he's done it all before. will be worth waiting for.
