Given the SP is now only 2c up on the SPP price 11 months later,TNGOA time premium seems excessive to me.
While 7 months should be enough time for EIS and offtake,which should see the oppies ITM,I am unsure if a decision on ECA cover will be made until refinery approvals are in place. PB may think EIS for refinery will sail through first attempt,but the mine approvals process would suggest this is unlikely.I'm starting to think the dilution event of the equity component may happen in 2019.But as we know....I'm not an optimist.
