    I would like to know why he has not updated us on
    1) Status of the BBI Group MOU and when it will reach a resolution ?
    2) TIO2 offtake agreement has been on a lawyers desk for over 10 months - If it is worthy of being announced as price sensitive when it happened then we deserve an update good or bad ?
    3) what is the project current NPV given the rise in commodity prices over the past 12 months and the revised benefits of the TIVAN process flow?
    4) The reasons behind the 10% allocation to India only a few weeks before this announcement?

    We deserve better -
