Good update. Pleasingly PB says preference is to maximise debt funding on preferential terms.
PB also indicates if equity funding is required to make up any shortfall, TNG would seek joint venture partners to buy some of the asset (which implies project level funding). This is where some of the corner stone investors or strategic partners may play a part (e.g Vimson, SMS or offtake partners). If at that point there remains a gap, capital raising via AIM would be the likely path with minimal dilution (as PB put it).
