- subject matter expertise - ie another major mining company to help build TNG up & not make too many mistakes during construction/commissioning/ramp & operational optimization - I can think of one in particular (Peter Thomas BBI, Nev Power-> Jason Giltay ie FMG ties of yesterday)
- Metals/minerals trading house - DKSH makes sense due to the multi-commodity technology in TIVAN
- Future markets prospect - I'm thinking of India which combines both the above - Vimson ticks this box
- Sovereign risk mitigation - there have been a number of reports in recent years, including from the US, on how supply chains of critical metals have been cornered by China in particular. Vanadium was one of those metals.
- A clean energy vertical integration partner
- A major producer of Titanium
- A major user of Vanadium

Any of the above is possible
