It does look a bit that way, and yep, it was the best we've seen for a while, but nothing really meaningful has happened. When something is this illiquid it doesn't make much sense to get excited about the little bits and pieces going on (IMHO).
The real action probably won't happen until we get news of the next well (unless we see some insider trading :P ).
