Only just got around to listening to this Brr interview.
Well worth the effort imo.
JB mentions
* Highly likely they will utilise neighbouring infrastructure for DeWitt with the appropriate savings. He clearly states that some infrastructure is currently only 30% utilised.Agreements on this should be anncd early next year.
* The DeWitt BFS yield numbers are VERY conservative(no doubt for bankable purposes)
So with these two important factors having upside its very likely the BFS numbers have strong upside. After all a BFS is just a set of numbers and is usually very conservative to minimise bankable risks.Take this how you will.Interesting that CCC have managed to exceed projected production/shipping numbers for Ferriera and VlakVkftn as of late.
* Penumbra will have a strong effect on group earnings once in full production. He mentions the word doubling.
* Vlakplaats/Wolvenfontein.These could be the real sleeper in adding value to CCC.If you have a look at the locality and producing mines in the area there are some strong producers surrounding this project.
Given Wolvenftn already has a JORC'd 37Mt,with Vlakplaats, they now have over 220Mt of resource in this locality.
They are also JV'd with KORES on Vlakplaats so it wouldnt surprise to see KORES get involved here too seeing its a stones throw away. But then its very likely KORES was in this picture already given their involvement at Vlakplaats.
Again,well worth a listen.
