    In simple English that means Absa hold onto all our cash from penumbra to secure the debt(held in trust), until we start repaying in 2014.

    Obviously a sign they could not be trusted, also a risk thing

    Vanmag covers marshala, and hopefully our cash flow can get us through

    Still don't know about non-core sales but I believe the issue of CCCfalling over are gone
