ECS are big contract winners when they run this time ECS will run the hardest in my view it will run like EXL ran the hardest back in the day because they were scoring a lot of contracts if you've been involved in the markets for sometime you'd get this picture Ecs is the jewel in the micro maps imo esp after all those wins 20 million dollar wins maybe with BOD they need to start scoring some contacts like ECS. anyway i believe it's about to start turning the pot markets we may see an end of year rally
