Agree, ECS actually a cannabis company making money so no need to the cash raises to dilute holders into oblivion, also without a board and management that are interested in paying themselves exorbitant fees.
Its amazing how many of these companies have the same old story, management paying themselves for years whilst achieving sweet F all, not on shareholder is in profit, yet management have no shame to put their hands out for more , destroying shareholder value, offering shares at all time lows, yet I bet still some holders here will say how its all fine and good management. If this is good, would hate to see a badly run company.
