The Chair did also put in $150k at 8 cents in the raise only a few months ago. The discount seems horrendous, you would think a 20-25% discount would have been sufficient but obviously that was the best they could get (which is not a good sign for the company).

If you take away the issue price (which is a big if) the presentation actually looks quite promising. New flower revenue, commercialisation of AP and expected further deal with DSM. Suspect the price falls to the 3c offer price though, which makes it a tough climb back.
