I don't think the market understands how much revenue can this announcement generate. The facts are:
up to 300 patients in 12 months trial period
50ml oil will be sold at $491
daily dose varies from 1 ml to 10 ml
if we assume an average treatment period is 90 days and daily dose is 2 ml
the revenue will be = 300 x 491 x 2 / 50 x 90 = $500k
