agree 100% and been saying same for while. about 1.5 year ago I was crucified when I said ALK can't develop this project on their own. many did not appreciate the size of the project and the risks that come with it.
current data points to round 38–41-year LOM on current resources and the zone around 094 which will be accessed via a drive from the bottom of one of the pits or underground areas.
Such LOM is something what bigger houses are looking for.
And if ALK demonstrate there is more to be found with few good holes from Boda4, Boda2/3 or Driell then NMPP will be a JV and around for long time. Even now NMPP will most likely end up as JV.
I think any major considering JV will be going for 25Mt plant which will still offer 30+year LOM.
