Very high leverage to the Cu and Au price but too little margin for error.
I would expect ti to improve a little with drilling to get it to PFS level at which point a better determination re metal price outlook can be made.
I suspect the mine they gave away/sold McPhillamys is better. Their PFS may come out this year and will be more sound with the metal prices in comparison.
All IMVHO.
