Been looking around during the suspension and found information relating to our JV with BCT....

Going back over some posts, this one stuck out as it said funding for BCT was in place until Q2 2021....

Purely speculation (as we won't know anything for certain till next Tues), but maybe we have done some sort of further deal with BCT....?

When we became majority shareholder there was a lot of positive chatter about how this partnership "makes the NASDAQ listing more attractive to US investors" (taken from reports at the time the convertible note offering around July 2020).

Potential acquisition.... NASDAQ listing....

Ticks some boxes....?!

So offering this idea up as food for thought...? And for input from those who have been here longer and/or have more experience with this JV.....?!
