Saying 51% are either 4 or 5 stars is clear as mud. Could be just one person saying 5 star and the rest 4 star, or heaps of 5 Stars and just one or two four stars. If they were almost all 5 star and few 4 star you would be yelling it from the rooftops, wouldn't you?

They could have summarised the results in a billion different ways. I suspect though, no matter what, there would be complaints. The report was a summary, that's all it was ever intended to be, that's all we were ever going to get.

The important objective now is to get a major distributor on-board. That will be the judgement on whether the trial was a success or not, everything else is just white noise.
