The incessant whining about share prices on most of the precious metals forums at the moment have an extraordinary emphasis on the share price of a company at the current minute rather than the underlying value of the companies.
Share prices usually catch up with value and if they don’t there are consequences. EVN may have found Tropicana overpriced at $900m but it may consider Duketon, Tropicana and McPhillamys combined to be worth $3b and cheap at that.
