If the well bore had collapsed wouldnt the wireline testing have shown that? I mean if you drop a weight on a string down a hole and it stops before it hits your expected terminal depth then it would be pretty obvious there was an obstruction. But the wireline wasn’t reported as having an issue so it seems more likely that this well is no flow, no pressure, no go.
