The only place the borehole well could of been damaged is in the last 51ft into the Reservoir

Lol... i have had some of my fair share of sleepless nights after the announcement.
The Helium is too valuable to be left in the ground it is as simple as that especially at 8.8% Helium grades.
i believe we can successfully artificially create a Vacuum flow effect with the Vacuum pumping System if the flow rate is to low , it is very effective for extracting low pressure Helium gas ,
Doncamilo has posted the Vacuum Pumping machine on HotCopper....
