Maybe they deliberetly held the report back to suspend trading and prevent the manipulation that was happening and give them time to build news to come out with a ridiculously good announcement on all accounts......also it should be noted the Annual is likely to be dismal reading for the previous 12 months to june 2018....so holding of the report which will show only 2k at 30th of June.....to secure finance check! and devlop a monster ANN to release with the annual report pending may have been an eloborate strategy play by TL.
