Now I know this is at the junior end of the resources sector of the ASX and some weird stuff can happen but for once you can take advantage and profit from this almost unbelievable situation.
This just traded at a cent. MDI has 2.8 billion shares and options all up meaning at 1 cent this whole thing, fully diluted is worth $28m. They already have an existing mining licence and they already own the necessary gold processing plant (600,000 tonnes p.a.) plus virtually all the other assets including FIFO accommodation to be able to kick off mining when green lighted within 5 months. The green light is expected by June.
But heres the kicker - at 1c the replacement cost of the gold processing plant is worth MORE than the entire value of the company! That's right it would cost more to go out and build one from scratch.
It means when you buy at 1c you are effectively getting all the other assets of the company for free - zero - nada - zip - yeah you get the idea.
That includes over $2,000,000 cash at bank, the 100 person FIFO hut, the companys tenements elsewhere (especially in the NT) and lets not forget the 624,000 ounce JORC gold resource.
Like I stated its really weird stuff. This is so undervalued its almost a joke. OK I'm up to my eyebrows in this and if I had more cash I'd back up the truck. I anticipate 2 to 3 c by June and double that by the end of the year if it has not been taken over by one of the bigger players. For them its money for jam with everything already in place.
BTW did I mention you get the 624,000 ounce JORC gold resource for free?
