How to evaluate teams is a good question particularly if you're in a dysfunctional team.

I've spoken to Adam about this and I know that he's aware of Patrick Lencioni's model (New Yourk best seller) AND is a big believer in cohesive teams for his four big companies...



I think it's a great model and starting point that our Dali Lama is using with Inca.

Again, this is why I'm so thrilled that we have him at the helm with his vast experience and insight.
