    do CR and sell $5 notes for $1 to shareholders
    do CR to sophisticated investors and sell $10 notes for 50c who ditch the shares ASAP dumping the share price
    or do JV and sell $10 notes for 50c to smart arse big company who then controls the operation

    I would rather throw in a few more mill and still own and control the whole company
