The funny thing about the high risk of Chile is they actually talk to companies before laying a tax on them - Australia laid the biggest tax on coal in the world without any talks to any company
My god why do you think Chile is the copper mining capital of the world….. Maybe that’s where the biggest deposits are
And yes may be apart of Canada but can you point to where on this map it is LOL
