I dont think it was neutral at all, they are still finding copper and decent amounts. Its all guiding where the best mining will be... thats what its for. No one in their right mind would think every hole is going to be solid CU...the players have seen this as a great opportunity to give the retail the shivers...after such hype its the perfect stock to play retail and hoover up shares
