2/8 Be cautious of misleading reporting: Recently a mineralised intercept was reported in a drillhole assayed for Cu. They reported 46m @ 2.2% Cu from 64m, while this may appear enticing, the devil is in the details. You always want to take a closer look at the summary table of assays for the particular drill hole, this is where all the crucial information is. In this particular example, you can see that there was a one-metre section that contained a much higher copper grade of 23.6% Cu, and there were very large intervals between mineralisation, however the company has extrapolated the grade across the entire 46m reported interval, despite having large gaps between mineralisation.

3/8 If we take a closer look at the intercept and remove the high-grade 1m interval and don’t extrapolate the grade, this is what you end up with: 15.6m @ 2.87% Cu from 65m and 1.8m @ 6.1% Cu from 89.9m and 3.6m @ 2.4m Cu from 106.4m You can see this is vastly different to the reported 46m @ 2.2% Cu from 65m.
