A newbie question: Will those who PP at 19 suffer losses after selling at a price lower than 19?Nice one to get that confirmation
Does anyone understand AB’s financing approach re warrants etc? I am not familiar and echo this ceo post. How do warrants work and why are holders selling shares below the pp price? Something to do with free carry but I don’t understand the 0.29 value posted on the forum.
Maybe I’m extra slow this morning… - perhaps someone can charitably share their view in this.
Explains the poor price action there in absence of dd assays and suggests dilution, which AW1 will also face in the future.
