Yep, I missed those earlier tables originally and corrected by uploading in a new post above.
The yardsticks I provided above are a quick way of assessing drill results wrt grade and resources per metre.
There are obviously many other factors involved in deciding whether a mine gets built: overall tonnage, depth, grade, metallurgy, location, infrastructure, permits, finance, commodity prices, etc.
Hence, probably a good idea to take @JandJ's comment above "6. Storm will be mined. IMO that is for certain." with a large grain of salt
