Nippy, you are 100% correct . Where I do have some respect for GT and CUB is what they are highlighting is that VANGO is a speculative small cap play. Its not a sure thing: Its not in production, doesn't have a operational plant built, and anything can happen in the next 2 years.
Thats why its not only important to do your own research (DYOR) you also need to work out your own investment criteria and risk/reward appetite.
For example: GT55 will only invest if a DFS and BFS together with JORC (Samcos see glossary below) is complete. This is sound investment advice that reduces risk enormously but don't expect VAN to hover around the 16 cent mark. Once again its a risk/reward calculation.
Some people won't invest until the plant is built or when its first gold bar is extracted or when it hits its first $100m in turnover. Some won't even invest until it market cap is in the ASX200. Once again all sound criteria.
Finally Lets get another thing straight I don't care if you invest in VAN or not. I have set my OWN risk/reward calculation however what I do care about is when posters put misleading or unsubstantiated posts on the company. The rest is up to you!
