It's a group coordinating their buying / selling over whatsapp in order to squeeze a few extra shares for themselves out of other holders. From what was written here on HC around May / June (now moderated by the post's author) these guys bought up big during the Covid sell-off last year. Certain members now claim they now hold enough shares of ICG to push the price around. So I usually attribute strange price movements - which aren't based upon fundamentals - to them. Especially when you see sell-side quote stuffing or super large orders popping up and disappearing without ever being executed. Not saying definitively that it's them. I just choose to throw shade in their general direction for being uncool.
