re: Ann: Bonanza Grade Silver confirmed by la... wonder if shareholders will still be happy to approve private placement at 8.5c with free attaching option at exercisable at 12c. Hmmm options exercise price seems a bit cheap. Probably some downward pressure will avail until after meetimg on 3 June.
