Yes, and the way you get the people and companies on your share register to hand over large amounts of money is to treat them with respect and give them the opportunity to participate in raises that are done in an open and transparent way.
Not some dodgy Sunday arvo deal at a 20% discount to your mates, and especially not when you have news flows that are pending for 10 months of share price declines, hard work (from the team), and investor patience (after numerous missed deadlines).
"What if RPM006 (?) was a duster?"
A) It wasn't
B) There are multiple videos of Chris talking up how good the drill cores at RPM looked
C) they raised $12m at a 20% discount on a Sunday afternoon, which resulted in a 35% decrease in share price.
D) This represents 6 months at current cash burn
E) In the event of an adverse market event (their justification), that is nowhere near enough to get them through any period of uncertainty.
F) they are going to have to raise in the near future anyways - so it will likely be 2 raises within 4 months
G) they didn't raise anywhere near enough money to drill out RPM - which has been touted for months as the next big opportunityI appreciate your comments mate, and people think I am angry, but I am not.
What is irking me most right now is people are patting themselves on the back for being short changed by management.

I have no agenda, I am transparent in my dealings.
My time and effort is valuable, and when the management of the company I have invested in dilutes my time, effort and money in an unconscionable manner, then I am entitled to share that opinion.
Thanks mate, I am only trying to help people see a true perspective on what has happened, rather than blow smoke up their asses and tell them what has happened is acceptable.
Any of them can feel free to put me on ignore, but I think many (not all) won't because they are not only too lazy to invest the time and effort that I put in to researching the company, but too selfish to share what they know.
