So as at July 19th, 2018 they held only 7.4% of NIU - and from this note would be expected to continue to sell down their holding - as they are redirecting capital to their Magnetite project.
7.4% is 197m shares. Since this date only about 7m shares have been traded. So AMG would still be holding at least 190m shares. How many of the 92m in the sell stack are theirs?
